Police recovered six soap-case packets filled with drugs during the operation
Digital Desk: Today, Bharalumukh police seized a large quantity of drugs during an operation at Bharalumukh in Guwahati. The seizure was made near Gate No. 8 in Bharalumukh, where the contraband was recovered from a scooter. The operation was carried out by the Bharalumukh Police under the leadership of the Special Operations Group (SOG).
Police recovered six soap-case packets filled with drugs during the operation. Two alleged drug peddlers were arrested in connection with the seizure. The accused have been identified as Bobby Singh and Mohit.
According to police, the two had been involved in drug trafficking in the city for a long time. Both accused are currently being interrogated by Bharalumukh Police as further investigation continues.
