In response to Dhoni's ailment, past champions' batting coach Mike Hussey stated...

Digital Desk: On Sunday evening, disturbance emerged an hour into the Chennai Super Kings' training session. Coming to notice, It proclaimed the arrival of Mahendra Singh Dhoni as the away team captain, who is battling a knee ailment, spent some time in the nets and alleviated doubts over his fitness for Monday night's match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

In response to Dhoni's injury, previous champions' batting coach Mike Hussey commented, “I think it (the injury) has been ongoing for a long time. He has been managing as well as he possibly can. He seems to be getting okay.”

The Australian, who scored an outstanding 47 for CSK in the first season versus RCB here, said it was important for players to relish the moment.

Hussey concluded his statement by saying, "In the past, whether in Chennai or here, we've had some classic contests." We don't expect anything different.
