Naing Lin Tun, who was covered in dust, appeared weak but responsive in a video released by the authorities. Tun, a hotel staff, was trapped in the debris on Friday when the earthquake hit Myanmar.
The State Administration Council's Information team on Wednesday said that Tun was found alive when the rescue teams used an endoscopic camera, pulling him through a hole jackhammered through a floor and rescuing him around 108 hours after he was trapped.

A 7.7-magnitude earthquake jolted central Myanmar at around 1 PM, leading to widespread destruction in the area. The earthquake took at least 2,900 lives with more than 4,600 people injured as rescue efforts continue.
The massive earthquake destroyed thousands of buildings, collapsing bridges and displacing more than 30,00,000 people.
Efforts are underway to locate and rescue the remaining trapped people from the rubble.
