As per report, Joykanta Das killed his wife Gitarani Das and her lover Bhaskar Nath, a TET teacher. 

Digital Desk: A horrific incident has occurred in Kampur, Nagaon district in Assam. Once again, an extramarital affair has taken the lives of a woman and her lover.

As per report, Joykanta Das killed his wife Gitarani Das and her lover Bhaskar Nath, a TET teacher. 

While Joykanta was away, his wife Gitarani and her lover Bhaskar, were inside their rented house. 

Joykanta became furious with anger after seeing his wife and her lover in the same room. 

In a fit of rage, losing all sense of right and wrong, Joykanta killed his wife and her lover by repeatedly beating them with a rod. 

After killing both of them, he surrendered at the Kampur Police Station. 

Joykanta Das used to live outside Kampur because of his job and his family had been living in a rented house in Kampur. 

TET Teacher Bhaskar Nath also lived in the same rented premises as Joykanta’s family.

Taking advantage of her husband living far, Gitarani Das developed a romantic relationship with Bhaskar. Eventually, their extramarital affair led to them losing their lives.

The deceased TET teacher Bhaskar Nath’s home is in Mangaldai. And the deceased Gitarani Das and her husband’s actual house is in Dev Narikoli, Kampur. 

This spine-chilling incident has an intense sensation in Kampur.
