Digital Desk: In an alarming incident, a patient from Morigaon lost his life allegedly due to medical negligence at ARHI Hospital, a multi-specialty healthcare facility located at the 11th Mile, Jorabat, Guwahati.


According to the victim's family members, Atikur Rahman passed away due to the hospital's carelessness.


As per report, Atikur Rahman, a resident of Morigaon, was brought to ARHI Hospital for a knee surgery on September 5.


Initially, the surgery was conducted successfully on September 6, but tragically, the patient passed away on September 7.


The sudden death of the patient has left the family in shock, questioning how a knee surgery could lead to such an outcome.


ARHI Hospital recently introduced robotic surgery to the Northeast region, marking a significant advancement in medical technology.


However, the death of the first patient undergoing this cutting-edge procedure has raised concerns among people.
