Priyanka Gandhi is expected to return to New Delhi later this afternoon
Digital Desk: The Senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra continued her engagements in Assam on the second day of her two-day visit, holding a series of crucial meetings with party leaders and organisational representatives.
On Friday, Priyanka Gandhi is scheduled to meet representatives of 14 party cells and affiliated organisations. She will also interact with the party’s working presidents as part of efforts to strengthen the Congress structure in the state.
The meetings are being held separately at Rajiv Bhawan, the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) headquarters, beginning at 10 am.
On Thursday, her discussions extended late into the night, during which she held one-on-one meetings with party MLAs to review organisational matters and political strategy in Assam.
After concluding her two-day visit, Priyanka Gandhi is expected to return to New Delhi later this afternoon.
