Digital Desk: Journalist Ritumoni Roy's death has remained an unsolved mystery.

To date, neither her family nor the media organisation she worked for has filed an official complaint.

On the night of the incident, at 10:40 PM, Ritumoni entered her office. She carefully observed the workplace before placing her bag on the table and pulling out a rope from it. She then went to the bathroom.

After returning to her desk, Ritumoni wrote a suicide note. She spent about 30 minutes at her desk, crying.

Following this, she moved to the news studio, where she lay down for a considerable amount of time, scrolling through reels and crying.

Her initial attempt at suicide using the studio lights was unsuccessful. Later, she moved to another room, where she tragically ended her life at 11:59 pm.

Ritumoni's wedding was planned for December 5, 2025. Earlier that day, she had visited a friend's house for traditional pre-wedding meal.

Initially, her sister accused their father of financial disputes, but the family later chose to remain silent on the matter.

Despite owning a house in Guwahati, why did Ritumoni choose to live away from her family?

What is the truth behind Rs 1 lakh her sister mentioned?

Why did she select her workplace as the site for her suicide?

These unanswered questions continue to surround Ritumoni Roy's death, leaving it cloaked in mystery.
