Digital Desk: A road accident was reported on National Highway 17 in Parbatjhora, resulting in the death of a motorcyclist.
The incident took place at Panbari Rangamati, where a head-on collision occurred between a four-wheeler, a Swift Dzire, and a motorcycle. The injured biker was rushed to a hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Shahidur Rahman, a teacher from Adabari in Dhubri.
According to reports, the Swift Dzire involved in the accident bore registration number AS-01-EF-2562, while the motorcycle’s registration number was AS-17-H-2694.
Police from Bogoribari Police Station reached the spot, recovered both vehicles, and have launched an investigation into the incident.
