Itanagar: The Lower Siang district of Arunachal has been disrupted by heavy landslide as connectivity to six districts of Eastern Arunachal, including international borders with neighbouring China remains cut off.

The landslide has created havoc in the national highway in the Lower Siang district of Arunachal which has left thousands of vehicles stranded.

The area has been heavily inundated with water after incessant rains lashed in the region over past week, resulting in landslides.

Meanwhile, an alert has been sounded to the locals to dissuade them from travelling in the dark as the roads can get quite treacherous.
