Digital Desk: A customer fled from a petrol pump without paying after refueling his scooter in the early hours of February 26.
Despite efforts to chase him, the petrol pump staff were unable to catch him.
The entire incident was captured on CCTV.
The man, arrived at the Panbari HP Petrol Pump in Dhubri and filled his scooter with petrol.
Cleverly remaining seated on his scooter during the refueling process, he took advantage of the moment.
As soon as the refueling was done, he sped away from the scene, escaping instantly.
The identity of the young man is yet to be determined.
