Significant destruction has been reported in the southern areas of Tihu, particularly in Makhibhaha and Haribhanga. The Tihu–Haribhanga–Makhibhaha road has been blocked, disrupting normal connectivity.


Meanwhile, in Guwahati and other parts of the state, severe storms and hailstorms continue to impact life. The ongoing Indian Premier League match between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals at Barsapara Cricket Stadium has been delayed due to adverse weather, leaving fans waiting amid uncertainty.
