Minister Lok Nath Sharma asks fellow citizens and those in positions of influence to join hands...

Digital Desk: On October 8, Sikkim Minister Lok Nath Sharma declared that he will contribute his one-month salary to the Chief Minister's Disaster Relief Fund. 

This generous donation is intended to provide critical aid to individuals affected by the recent disastrous floods in Sikkim's Teesta basin.

The Minister calls on fellow citizens and persons in positions of influence to join hands in this collaborative effort to alleviate the pain of those affected by this natural disaster. 

He also praised Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang's unwavering efforts in rescuing and relocating Sikkimese people during this period of tragedy. 

According to sources, he urged everyone to assist the state government's rescue efforts.
