Tragic Drowning Incident Claims Lives of Two Schoolgirls in Tamarhat

After returning home from school, they went to bathe in the river but accidentally slipped into deep water

Digital Desk: A heartbreaking incident occurred at Tamarhat, where two young schoolgirls tragically drowned while bathing in a river.

The victims have been identified as  Mohsina Khatun, a Class 4 student and a daughter of Bablu Sheikh and Afsana Khatun, Class 2 student and a daughter of Abdul Alim. Both of the girls were students  of a primary school.

After returning home from school, they went to bathe in the river but accidentally slipped into deep water. Despite rescue efforts by local residents, both were found dead. The entire community is in mourning.
