Digital Desk: The symbol of the INDIA bloc, a coalition of opposition parties seeking to challenge the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, will be presented at a conference next week in Mumbai, according to Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut.

He stated that leaders from 28 opposition parties, including Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and MPs Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, will attend the bloc's third meeting on August 31 and September 1 at the Grand Hyatt, a luxurious hotel in suburban Mumbai.

According to the Rajya Sabha MP, new political parties, particularly from northeast India, may attend the two-day event.

According to Raut, the meeting will be held by Shiv Sena (UBT) president Uddhav Thackeray.

"During the meeting, the INDIA (alliance) logo will be unveiled." The same is being discussed. We are attempting to reach out to 140 million Indians. "The logo will represent the country, its unity, and the energy required to hold the country together," he told reporters.

The summit would include chief ministers from six non-BJP-ruled states, in addition to key leaders like Kharge, Sonia, and Rahul Gandhi, according to Raut.

He said that the opposition meeting is generating a lot of enthusiasm and that journalists from 38 international organisations have expressed an interest in covering it.

The Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) was named at the Bengaluru conclave.
