Digital Desk: A violent clash broke out at polling station No. 1 in Puthimari, Dumdumia, under the Dhing Assembly Constituency in Nagaon district during the voting process.
A altercation began as a heated argument among voters waiting in the queue, which quickly escalated into a physical scuffle.
Several people from both sides sustained injuries, creating a tense situation at the polling site.
Following the incident, police and CRPF personnel were deployed to the scene and successfully brought the situation under control.
