known as chats on Instagram, now allow users to make purchases directly from
them. The company released the information in a blog post. The feature would
reportedly be supported by a small number of capable companies, according to
the Meta-owned platform. Once an order has been placed, the user can complete
other tasks such as paying for it, tracking it, and more from the same chat
thread.
"One billion users of our family of
applications message businesses every week, whether they are doing so to engage
with news, view products, or communicate with businesses. Aiming to
"assist consumers start conversations with businesses they care about and
help them identify and buy goods they love in an easy, seamless experience,
immediately from the chat thread," the company noted in the blog post, is
its objective.
