Digital Desk: The legal proceedings surrounding Zubeen Garg's death continue, with a significant hearing scheduled for today in the court of the Sessions Judge.


This marks the third hearing in the case, following previous sessions held in the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) and Session Judge courts.


During today's hearing, charges are expected to be framed against the accused individuals.


Garima Saikia Garg, who has expressed hope for justice to prevail, arrived at the court. 


Accusations of murder have been leveled against Shyamkanu Mahanta, Siddharth Sharma, Shekhar Jyoti Goswami, and Amritprava Mahanta.


Additionally, negligence charges have been filed against Zubeen Garg's cousin Sandipan Garg.


Meanwhile, Nandeswar Bora and Paresh Baishya, two bodyguards of Zubeen Garg, face charges of criminal breach of trust.


Amritprava Mahanta's advocate, Ananda Kumar Bhuyan, is also present in court but has refrained from interacting with the media.
