One Aditya Kumar o/r/o Samistipur, Bihar and present r/o of Guwahati has been detained.

Digital Desk: The Crime Branch, Guwahati Police, today busted an illegal call-routing racket at Upasana Commercial Complex, Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam. 

One Aditya Kumar o/r/o Samistipur, Bihar and present r/o of Guwahati has been detained along with SIP Trunk (600 Channels), SIP Server, Reliance JIo Broadband 150 mbps connection and one computer.

The Illegal International VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is routed to a SIP server from Hyderabad to Guwahati and further terminated using a SIP Trunk number having 600 channels, which causes a huge revenue loss to the government. 

A case has been registered for further investigation into the matter.
