Guwahati: In a conundrum incident of suicide, an employee of Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC) found hanging on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Dhrubajyoti Thakuria, a residence of Tihu. Reportedly, from past two years Thakuria has been working under ASTC as an electrician in a non-provincialized post.
As per eye witness, Thakuria hanged himself at a generator room of ASTC office.
An eye witness stated, “He came from home last Friday. We don’t know what’s the reason behind his suicide.”
“He looks normal suddenly what happen we don’t know.” added.
