Digital Desk: In Telangana's electoral landscape, exit polls project a significant lead for the Congress over its rival, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), led by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR).

According to India TV-CNX polls, Congress is poised to win 63-79 seats, while BRS trails with 31-47 seats in the 119-member assembly.

Jan Ki Baat's poll suggests Congress may secure 48-64 seats, BRS 40-55, and BJP 7-13.

The state's political triad comprises Congress, KCR's BRS, and BJP.

However, it's crucial to note the inherent uncertainty in exit polls. The BJP and Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena, in a seat-sharing agreement, contest 111 and 8 seats, respectively.

The Congress allies with CPI in one seat, battling in 118 others, while AIMIM, led by Asaduddin Owaisi, fields candidates in nine segments.

The unfolding electoral drama keeps Telangana on the edge, awaiting the final verdict.
