Digital Desk: Amid the uproar in Manipur, on Wednesday (July 19), a video revealing abuse against two women garnered widespread attention. Many questions have been raised about the government as a result of the opposition criticizing it after the video went viral.

Meanwhile, I.N.D.I.A (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance), the leader of the opposition alliance, may visit Manipur towards the end of next week. The opposition parties will meet in Parliament on July 24, where a final decision about the date may be made.

The chief minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, also expressed a wish to go to Manipur. Earlier, on Thursday ( July 20) Banerjee said that she is in discussions with chief ministers of other states about visiting Manipur. She also spoke with Delhi's chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal, on Friday ( July 21) about her plans to travel to Manipur.
