Mumbai: Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has finally been released from jail today. On Friday morning he walked out of the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai after he was given a bail by the Bombay High court on Thursday.

After the release Khan was received by father Shah Rukh Khan’s bodyguards outside the prison. Following this, he left in one of the cars waiting outside the Arthur Road jail.  He had to spend one extra night in jail after the bail hearing because his team of lawyers could not gather the required documents to begin the official process of his release.

The Bombay High court in its order has also laid down 14 bail conditions for Khan and the fellow accused. Among them, it includes a personal bond of one lakh rupees and surrender of their passports. They cannot leave the country without availing the permission of the court. Besides, they also have to present themselves at the office of the Narcotics Control Bureau on every Friday between 11 AM to 2 PM.

They have also been told that a detailed report, including the reasons of the bails will be handed over to them by the next week.

Along with Khan, his friends and co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also given bails. They were all arrested by the NCB on October 3 on a drug bust case onboard a cruise ship in Mumbai.
