Digital Desk: On Tuesday, nearly 88 million selfies with the national flag were uploaded to the official website of the Central Government's 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign.

According to the Har Ghar Tiranga website, a total of 8,81,21,591 (88 million) selfies with the tricolour were uploaded as of noon today. This is part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's three-day Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to commemorate India's 77th Independence Day.

On the home page of the Har Ghar Tiranga website, there are two options seen for uploading a selfie with a flag and a digital Tiranga.

As part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, Narendra Modi also invited Indian residents to change the display picture (DP) of their social media handles to the national flag on Sunday.
