police on Thursday arrested a doctor for allegedly raping a 19-year-old woman
at his clinic in Kothrud.
The accused, 45, is an Aundh inhabitant.
The
doctor, according to the victim's complaint, operates a clinic on Kothrud's
Paud Road. Between November 2019 and December 2020, the incident happened. She
went to the clinic to receive treatment for a spinal condition. The doctor took
advantage of the girl's youth while knowing she was a juvenile at the time and
engaged in physical contact with her in the name of treatment.
