Digital Desk: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on July 11 announced that the state government will review its decision to modify the Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) format. This decision follows concerns expressed by various stakeholders regarding the sudden alteration in the exam pattern.

Taking to social media, Sarma expressed, "A Government that listens! Based on the feedback from various quarters about the abrupt change in the pattern of ADRE exams and the potential challenges it may pose for aspirants, we have decided to reassess this issue."
