Remarkably, a piece of great news has arrived for the nation. Uttar Pradesh has been chosen as the most favorable state for film shooting at the 52nd International Film Festival of India held in Goa.
Uttar Pradesh government is promoting a film city spread over an area of 1,000 acres. That's a great initiative for the entire nation.
"In this Film City, effort is being made to provide all facilities related to film making such as pre-production, post-production and shooting under one roof. An estimated investment of over ₹10,000 crore will be made in the Film City," he said.
However, when one part of the nation receives recognition, the other part has been attacked by external sources. The external sources somewhere indicate the political scenario of a state as well.
On the other hand, an old film industry state, Mumbai, has come striking in headlines with negative tags now and then. What is the intrigue behind such a great traditional land of films falling into the trap of negative news?

The ruling party of Mumbai has questioned if the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was specifically targeting Mumbai and the State. "Many States in the nation have film industries. Be it Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal or Karnataka. We have not seen Yogi Adityanath or any other BJP leader approaching film producers and studios in these States. Are they particularly targeting Mumbai and Maharashtra?" asked Sena MP Sanjay Raut.
Controversies have to evoke among different parties regarding the plan to construct a replica of the Mumbai film industry in Uttar Pradesh, which is supposed to be one of India's most profound film industries.
