Falguni Pathak also stated that "O Sajna" producers did not contact her. A story by one of Falguni's fans urging her to sue Neha Kakkar was also reposted by Falguni. Falguni responded, "I wish I could, but the rights are not with me," when questioned about the same.
The Dandiya Queen said simply, "No," when asked if the producers or Neha Kakkar tried to contact her after viewing her Instagram stories about the remixed version.
