Bodoland: The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) leader Bhupen Kumar Borah has formed a new committee. The committee will take assets of the organization under the chairmanship of Lok Sabha MP Gaurav Gogoi matters in the Bodo Territorial Region (BTR).
The new council will examine propositions for strengthening the party from the grassroots level in the Bodo Territorial Region (BTR).
The party's communications committee chairperson Bobita Sharma announced on Sunday that the board would study ways to strengthen the party. It will look into the strategies to follow and extend the party from the grassroots, including frontal groups, blocks, and interests.
Moreover, the committee includes the council members such as MLAs Jadav Swargiari, Jewel Tudu, Abdus Shobhan Ali Sarkar, Bisti Basumatary, Shankar Prasad Roy, and Clangdon Ingti.
Chairperson Bobita Sharma also stated that Bhaskar Dahal is the Convenor of the committee.
