Silvina Luna, according to sources, had undergone the operation just two weeks before her death...

Digital Desk:  Silvina Luna, an Argentine model and actor, died at the age of 43, which left everyone shocked. Luna, a well-known figure in Argentina's entertainment industry, died tragically as a result of complications from a botched plastic surgery procedure, specifically a butt lift.

Luna, reportedly, had received the operation just two weeks before her death. However, the surgery took a dangerous turn, resulting in serious health issues such as kidney failure. Despite medical efforts to save her, Luna died as a result of the surgery's disastrous repercussions.

Luna needed a medical lookout in 2015 after she developed kidney stones. According to The Daily Mail, doctors diagnosed her with renal insufficiency and hypercalcemia and put her on weekly dialysis until she could have a kidney transplant.

She travelled to Miami in 2016 to see Argentine Dr. Cristian Perez, who extracted the hazardous material from her buttocks. "As a result of her surgeries, Silvina developed an autoimmune disease caused by the medications," Perez told local news sources.

The news of Luna's death has highlighted the dangers of cosmetic surgery and the significance of hiring experienced medical specialists for such procedures. It serves as a sobering reminder of the risks associated with pursuing aesthetic modifications without thorough thought and investigation.

Silvina Luna's death has left her followers in sorrow. Her tragic story serves as a cautionary tale, emphasising the significance of raising awareness about the potential risks involved with cosmetic treatments and prioritising safety and well-being over aesthetic aspirations.
