The Enforcement Directorate raids the offices of Congress leaders in connection with a multibillion-dollar money laundering case.

Digital Desk: On Monday, the Enforcement Directorate began searching 14 spots in Chhattisgarh for the coal levy scam. The ED raids multiple congress leaders' homes. The CM of Chhattisgarh says it’s an excuse to distract people from the "Bharat Jodo Yatra" and the "Adani row".

The Enforcement Directorate raids the offices of Congress leaders in connection with a multibillion-dollar money laundering case.

The ED investigation relates to "a massive scam in which an illegal levy of Rs 25 was being extorted for every tonne of coal transported in Chhattisgarh by a cartel involving senior bureaucrats, businessmen, politicians, and middlemen," the agency has alleged.

The ED searched the offices of Congress officials in Raipur and Bhilai, which are close to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel's home.

Bhupesh Baghel alleges the BJP is "frustrated" by Adani’s truth revelation and is trying to manipulate the people.
