China released the 2023 version of its "standard map" on Monday, including Taiwan, the disputed South China Sea, Arunachal Pradesh, and the Aksai Chin region.
Digital Desk: Arindam Bagchi, the official spokeswoman for the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), stated that India rejects the claims the day after China published the 2023 version of its "standard map".
"We have expressed our serious objection to the so-called 2023 "standard map" of China, which claims Indian land, to the China territory through diplomatic channels today. We reject these assertions because they are baseless. Such actions by China simply make it more difficult to settle the boundary dispute."
