Lucknow: In a shocking incident reported from Uttar Pradesh, a four year old girl was abducted by two bike-borne miscreants in Hapur’s Simbhaoli area who was later gangraped in Meerut and abandoned in a farmland.

The incident has sent a ripple of sensation in the region. The incident took place when the girl was returning home with her sibling after taking tuition classes. It is then the girl was kidnapped and later gangraped by the miscreants. The girl was taken to Meerut Medical College for medical examination which confirmed rape, according to a report in Hindi daily Hindustan.

Hapur police have now claimed to arrest a suspect named Anuj Kumar. He was arrested by police after an encounter in Simbhaoli area in Hapur. The girl was kidnapped at around 4 pm on Thursday by two men on a motorbike. She was later recovered by local residents from Mahalwala jungle in Kithore town in Meerut.
