Zubeen Garg has always talked about the importance of his language, culture and identity. People often take chances to deliver their talent and expertise on any national and international platform. And being the most talented, Zubeen Garg also gave some handed-down songs for the Bollywood industry. However, he has always prefered to stay in Assam surrounded by his people and culture.

He has given numerous songs to the people of Assam. His fan followers are not bound to any particular age sections. Music enthusiasts or non-music fans, everyone would love to sing along the tune of Zubeen's songs. He and his music have the power of bringing unity and influencing lives.

In this scenario, when the language and culture of Assamese society are under threat of being jeopardized. Can Zubeen's music motivate Assamese youths to save their culture, language and society?

Hindutva Regime in Assam and its political agendas might approach the state and its heritage in the coming future. The controversies over the Assamese language in the state has recently created havoc among the people.

The people of Assam have found a new tune towards the protest against the Citizenship law. This way towards protests found a theme in the lyrics of late Bhupen Hazarika and idols for youths Zubeen Garg.

Now the question arises, after the repeal of farm laws, will the source of Zubeen Garg be a medium for the state's people to fight for the preservation of their own identity.

Today's Assam is in crucial need of finding a guide under whose footsteps the state's people can save their language, culture and heritage. Or else, there is a possibility in the prospect to observe modernization carrying away ethnicity of culture and norms.

Modernization is expeditious, and soon, everyone will be swiped away from their distinct differences. In a blink of an eye, there will be a different shade of this land and people way of survival. Garg, who has landed in his 50s, needs to be a vocal force for guiding the youths of modern Assam in preserving its culture from being subjugated.

Agitation with a positive outlook in the past and currently has always proved to be fruitful and inspiring. Living in a democracy, raising voice for the rights and identity has always proven true and steadfast. In such a scenario, hoping for a role model, Garg, as the force of clarifying errors and bringing truth, is indeed the most expected must-have for a land and its people.
