Digital Desk:  As a result of the cold wave that has gripped the nation's capital, homeless individuals are flocking to night shelters. On Tuesday, as the national capital's nighttime temperature dropped to 7 degrees Celsius and cold wave and fog blanketed the city, many homeless individuals sought refuge in night shelters. As per IMD, the minimum temperature in the national capital is expected to remain in the single digits throughout the week, with the exception of Thursday, according to the IMD.
