Digital Desk:  As a result of the cold wave that has gripped the nation's capital, homeless individuals are flocking to night shelters. On Tuesday, as the national capital's nighttime temperature dropped to 7 degrees Celsius and cold wave and fog blanketed the city, many homeless individuals sought refuge in night shelters.
