The Prime Minister will inaugurate the second edition of the Advantage Assam summit on February 25 at Khanapara.

Digital Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Assam to inaugurate the Advantage Assam 2.0 Investor Summit, scheduled on February 25. However, PM Modi will visit Assam on the afternoon of February 24 and witness the grand cultural event titled 'Jhumuir Binondini' at the Sarusajai Stadium.

The Prime Minister will inaugurate the second edition of the Advantage Assam summit on February 25 at Khanapara. The initiative aims to establish Assam as a global investment hub and create employment opportunities for the young generation.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Assam Pradesh extended a warm welcome to Prime Minister Modi ahead of his visit to Assam. BJP Assam Pradesh President Dilip Saikia and Spokesperson Subhash Dutta welcomed PM Modi to the state ahead of the grand cultural event and Advantage Assam 2.0 summit.

Issuing a statement, Subhash Dutta said, "The youth from the tea community have been tirelessly practising day and night to showcase their talent on a global platform through this event."

The statement added, "The presence of PM Modi at the event will not only boost the morale of the artists but will also double the excitement of the people of Assam."

The statement further said, "Recently, the CM was on a two-day visit to Singapore, where he engaged on discussions with several political leaders and over a hundred industrialists from sectors such as semiconductors, deep technology, infrastructure, and construction, highlighting Assam's growing potential in these areas. "
