In the midst of the Congress protests in Delhi, Sachin Pilot, Jairam Ramesh, and Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury have all been arrested.

Digital Desk: The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) staged a protest near Rajib Bhawan in Guwahati over Sonia Gandhi's appearance before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the National Herald case on Thursday.

Moreover, while security personnel drags the workers to detain them, the Congress employees attempt to breach the barricades. Other politicians who were detained during the protest include Bhupen Bora and party leader Ankita Dutta.

The protesters shouted, "We are protesting because these agencies have turned partial. Listen to some more comments from the Congress leaders!"

Congress employees are protesting against Sonia's interrogation in Guwahati, where a confrontation-like situation has arisen.

The opposition party has organised a number of demonstrations, or "Satyagrahas," across the states today in response to her attendance.

On Thursday, Congress denounced the Modi administration for "misusing" investigation agencies against opposition figures and protested Sonia Gandhi's summons from the Enforcement Directorate.
