Begin with palms firmly pressed into the mat. Lift your hips towards the ceiling, forming a mountain shape with your body. Extend your spine while relaxing your head and neck and letting them to hang freely. This pose stretches the entire body, especially the shoulders, hamstrings, and calves. It also helps to strengthen the arms, legs, and core muscles while encouraging relaxation and rejuvenation.

Kneel on the mat and sit back on your heels. Lower your torso forward and rest it between your thighs. You can either stretch your arms in front of you or place them alongside your body. Breathe deeply, surrendering to and finding peace in this relaxed pose. Child's Pose is a regenerative posture that promotes relaxation, relieves stress in the back, neck, and shoulders, and helps to calm the mind. This pose is excellent for relieving stress and restoring energy.

Step back one foot and align it with the front heel. Extend your arms parallel to the ground, reaching in opposite directions. While grounding through both feet, gaze over the front fingertips. Warrior II pose strengthens the legs, improves balance, and opens the hips and chest. It also improves concentration, endurance, and a sense of empowerment.

Tree Pose (Vrikshasana)

Place your weight on one leg and stand tall. Place the sole of your other foot on the inner side of your thigh, avoiding the knee joint. Bring your hands to your heart's centre or stretch them overhead. Find your balance and appreciate the durability and sturdiness of a tree. Balance, coordination, and focus are all enhanced by Tree Pose. It fosters a sense of grounding and inner tranquilly while strengthening the legs and core muscles. It improves the legs and core muscles while also providing a sense of grounding and inner peace.
