Election results for 2,615 candidates from various parties would be determined by the assembly elections. Today at 7 am, voting for 224 Assembly seats started.

Digital Desk: The voting for the Karnataka Assembly elections ended on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. According to figures from the Election Commission of India (ECI), 65.69 percent of voters had cast ballots as of 5 p.m.

The Chickaballapur district reported the highest polling at 76.64 percent, while the BBMP (South) district reported the lowest at 48.63 percent, reports stated. Up until 5 o'clock, polling in Bangalore Rural was 76.10 percent, Bagalkot was second with 70.04 percent, and Bangalore Urban was third with 52.19 percent. Additionally, the EC reported that as of 5 p.m., B.B.M.P. (Central) and B.B.M.P. (North) recorded turnouts of 50.10% and 50.02%, respectively.

The couting of votes will be held on May 13.
