Digital Desk: An unusual incident occurred in Kaurpara village near Barpeta road, where a local healer challenged modern medical science with an unconventional practice to treat paralysis.

To cure a paralyzed patient, the healer started a unique method of treatment, using dance and music as therapy.

A team of healers from Dhubri conducted this unconventional treatment through dance and songs. The group, consisting of around 10 members, including children and teenagers, performed to cure the health of the patient.

The performance had drawn large crowds at Kaurpara village, who witnessed this extraordinary healing method.

However, this act of superstition has sparked strong reactions in the village. At a time when Indian medical science is advancing rapidly, and the country is presenting itself to the world through progress in science and technology, such reliance on blind faith has drawn criticism.

Local residents have expressed their opposition to this practice of healing a paralyzed patient through superstition and have demanded action from the administration against such activities.
