It is to be mentioned that this conference brought together Hindi writers, poets, and litterateurs from all around the country.

Digital Desk: A three-day National Hindi Development Conference, organized by Purvotar Hindi Academy, began on May 27 at Rajasthan Vishram Bhawan Lukier Road in Shillong with a mixed atmosphere of fresh resolutions and dreams relating to the multidimensional development of Hindi.

Lajja Ram Bishnoi, the newly appointed DGP of Meghalaya, officially opened the conference by lighting the lamp.

Hindi writers, poets, and penmen from different parts of the country were present at this conference.

It is well known that the Northeast Hindi Academy hosts a development conference for Hindi regularly to raise Hindi awareness in the Northeast Indian states.

Northeast Hindi Academy is a Hindi-language service organization based in Shillong, Meghalaya's capital. It was founded in 1990.

The Academy attempts to bring non-Hindi speakers together by instilling a sense of loyalty to Hindi. This organization also works to promote and coordinate the development of Northeastern languages such as Khasi, Boro, Assamese, Manipuri, and Bengali.

In addition to the greater goal of Indianness, this organization's goals are the promotion of art and culture.

The Akademi promotes national integration through its programs through cultural engagement with North-East Indian states and other Indian states.
