The woman can be seen in the video yelling profanities, shoving, and threatening one of the security guards, purportedly because the Jaypee Wishtown society's gates in Noida's Sector 126 were slow to open.

According to ANI, the accused woman has been placed in a judicial prison for a period of 14 days. Police had earlier taken her into custody and questioned her.

Reporters were informed by security guard Karan Chaudhary that the woman was attempting to leave the community but that the gates hadn't yet been opened.

According to ANI, the police have opened a case in response to the security guard's accusation, according to Additional Commissioner of Police (HQ) Bharti Singh.

"A woman by the name of Bhavya Rai was seen on camera mistreating and abusing a member of the community's security force. On the basis of the security guard's complaint, police opened an investigation. She has been taken into custody and her car has been taken to the police station, according to Singh, who was reported by ANI.

The woman has been charged in a case under the Indian Penal Code sections 153A (acts detrimental to harmony), 323 (voluntarily causing harm), 504 (intentional insult to incite breach of public peace), and 506 (criminal intimidation), among other provisions, according to police. Ankit Kuchhal, the secretary of the Jaypee Wishtown Society, promised to take the appropriate legal action against her.

The police received a request from the guard, and the FIR was afterward filed. The woman is a tenant who has been living here for three to four months. According to Kuchhal, the owner of the apartment has been contacted, and the organization will take the appropriate steps.
