The liver is vital to the body because it performs several vital functions that cannot be attained without it being healthy. In the case of liver damage or inappropriate functioning, it may be realized in the following warning signs:-


1.    Jaundice: Yellowing of the skin and eyes due to excess bilirubin.

2.    Fatigue: Constant tiredness even without exertion.

3.    Abdominal discomfort or pain on the upper right side; swelling or fluid buildup in the abdomen.

4.    Swollen feet or ankles due to low albumin levels.

5.    Nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite.

6.    Dark urine and pale or clay-colored stool.

7.    Yellowing of the palms or skin changes.

8.    Memory loss or confusion.

9.   Sleep disturbances or insomnia.

10. Irregular menstrual cycles in women.

11. Hepatitis or similar liver-related illnesses.
