Digital Desk: Assam Minister Pijush Hazarika declared that the government will announce approximately 15,000 employment in the next six months, as it works towards its goal of giving government jobs to the state's young.
During a public rally at Ranganadi constituency today, Hazarika stated that the government would provide jobs for 15,000 state youngsters over the next six months. He also stated that the administration will create 25,000 additional government jobs in the future.
"I'd like to inform you that 15,000 youths will be hired by the government in the next six months in Assam, Nobody has to pay a single rupee for this. I was recently speaking with the Chief Minister, he stated, "Our government will be around for another two and a half years, and after these 15,000 jobs, at least 25,000 unemployed youths in the state will get government jobs."
The Assam minister also assailed the Congress party, claiming that during the Congress era, jobs were exclusively given out for bribes and to candidates from wealthy families.
During his address at the Public rally, Pijush Hazarika stated, "What were the criteria for getting government jobs during the Congress rule? Those whose homes were gigantic and owned cars, parents having successful careers or businesses, or such families working a decent job or running a successful business... would obtain the jobs at that time, Bribes were used to gain employment during the Congress era. Those days no longer exist now"
Recently, Hazarika promised that the BJP-led state government would announce 40,000 government positions over the next two and a half years of its tenure.
Hazarika further stated that Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma had honoured his promise to provide 87,000 state youths with government jobs.
Hazarika went on to say that the administration has made certain that all employment is given to young people in an environment free of corruption and bribery.
