Covid centre inside 'Gaushala', Covid patients treated with drugs made from cow milk, urine

Ahmedabad: A covid centre has been set up inside a 'Gaushala' (cow shelter) in Gujarat's Tetoda village in Banaskantha district, where covid patients are treated using drugs made from cow milk and cow urine.

Ramratan Maharaj, the director of the centre, said they were using Panchgavya ayurvedic therapy to treat Covid patients. The patients are given medicines made of cow urine, ghee and cow milk. They are also given food grain grown with manure made of cow dung.

Additionally, havans and pujas (prayer ceremonies) are done continuously at the centre in order to maintain a high level of oxygen in the atmosphere, Maharaj said.

Patients whose oxygen saturation level falls to 80 are admitted on a priority basis at the Covid centre. The centre has provision for medical oxygen. Their medical tests are done at the government hospital.
