Digital Desk:  The phase II final exam schedule for Classes 8 and 9 has been released by the Nagaland Board of School Education. 


From November 30 to December 8, Classes 8 and 9 will take their phase II exams.


The testing will take place during the morning shift from 9:00 to 10:30. On November 30, the English exam for Class 9 will take place. It will be followed by social sciences, science, mathematics, second language, and sixth subject on December 2, 4, 6, 7, and 8.


Candidates can choose a second language from Tenyidie, Ao, Sumi (Siitsah), Lotha, Hindi, Bengali, or English. They will have the option of choosing from FIT, music, bookkeeping, or accounting as their sixth subject. 


Notably, they may select from retail, tourism and hospitality, beauty and wellness, electronics, multi-skill foundation courses, agricultural, automotive, and plumbing as their sixth topic.


Class 8 phase II social sciences, English, science, mathematics, grammar, and Hindi exams will be held on November 30, December 2, 4, 6, 7, and 8. The board has also directed that Nagaland history studies, life skill education, and general knowledge tests be conducted internally by the schools.


The Nagaland Board of Education has ordered that all registered schools adhere to the regular schedule. It went on to say that schools should compile Class 8 and 9 Phase I and Phase II marks and results and submit them via the official website by December 18.
