During the proceeding, additional solicitor general SV Raju, representing the CBI, stated that they had submitted the progress in the investigation of the case in a sealed envelope and asked the bench to look into the report. According to the CBI report, nine FIRs were filed and 33 people were named as suspects. One of the suspects, Punch Prabhakar, had started two more YouTube channels, which the investigation agency said were now blocked.
