Digital Desk: Clouds of uncertainty engulf the Beijing Winter Olympics this year, as Beijing city officials on Sunday announced all two million residents of a neighbourhood where they identified a small cluster of covid-19 infections will be tested less than two weeks ahead of the start of the Winter Olympics.

With the Beijing Games starting on February 4, international delegates, media personnel, and some athletes have already begun arriving. The overseas guests will be quarantined for a period of 7 days.
