Digital Desk: Following a battle with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Bappi Lahiri died on Tuesday night at the age of 69. Reportedly, the late legend’s cremation will take place on Thursday morning. The legendary singer Bappi Lahiri's Son Bappa Lahiri and his family have returned to Mumbai from Los Angeles for his father’s final rituals. Bappa Lahiri had been seen at the airport giving an emotional hug to a relative. As per family members statements, the last rites will be performed at around 9 am and will be cremated at 10 am at the Vile Parle crematorium. Asserting how the legendary singer died on Tuesday, his Son-in-law, Gobind Bansal, said, “He had been in the hospital for three weeks before being released and returning home. He ate his dinner around 8:30–9 pm. He had a heart attack half an hour after eating his dinner. His heart rate had dropped to dangerously low levels.
